Often you will see adverts for these three companies about how easy it is to use their software...its click click click and done. Its that easy, correct ?
Technically it is. You can take a photo of an invoice and it is sent straight to the software. BUT the real key is what is done with that invoice once it is sent. If you put limited information into the system then you get limited reports back. Knowing what your profit or cashflow at any given time is possible and sounds great. But if the information is not all sent in and the system is told what to do with it, then we have the situation that profits and cashflow are overestimated. Or even worse treat all money coming in as taxable and setting the money spent as personal so having no taxable expenses to deduct.
